The Monty Bojangles Fine Online Chocolate Shop is only able to accept orders for the UK. If you are outside of these areas please contact us via our contact page.
Parcels are delivered within 3-5 working days after the order has been received. A minimum order amount of £3.00 is required. For UK delivery we charge a flat delivery fee of £3.95 per order.
We will deliver to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode, you should check it using the Post Office address finding service.
Please be aware that delivery to certain destinations will take longer due to their remote locations. We cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of sending to these destinations.
If your delivery arrives with a fault we will replace the damaged items. Due to the perrisable nature of our goods any problems with the order that are brought to our attention more than 10 days after receipt of the order will no longer be eligable for a free replacement.
Upon finding a fault with an order the customer must contact our customer service department via telephone on 020 8668 5261 or via out contact page and arrange for the erroneous items to be returned. Upon receipt of the faulty items, replacement items will be dispatched.
